The Rise Africa Project was officially registered by the Charity registrar  in October 2008 as a sister organization to Moriel Missions a faith based organization working with local partners to bring help and hope to communities around the country . So far we have raised more than $50,000 to support education and business development in villages in Tanzania and other countries in Africa in 2007 and 2008. Rise Africa was founded by Marie Lehrer and other Tanzanians friends under the leadership of Mr. Norbert Mbwiliza, a teacher by profession.

 Rise Africa is based in the region of Arusha and has been working in the Tanzanian mainland. The organization has various offices in Tanzania and  representative   out side Tanzania such as Rwanda, Burundi, Rwanda, Uganda ,DRC, South Africa and has various agents in other countries like Nigeria etc.

 Volunteers have the decision to make concerning  the best Region/Province they would like to visit or work in Tanzania or any other countries proposed.
